Shipping policy

Bespoke Furniture Shipping 
Shipping rates for custom furniture are not included in pricing and are based on your location.  I will give you an estimate up front, but shipping and freight costs can vary day to day due to the fluctuation of the bidding market.  I ship large pieces via private freight carriers found on the USHIP app.   I am very transparent with the shipping process and will personally work with you to find a shipping option that’s perfect for you in cost, time, and reliability. 

The Bench Shop Shipping
All items out of The Bench Shop, including benches, fringe vanities, and step stools ship FREE via UPS Ground.  I only offer UPS shipping at this time. 

Free Shop Pickup
I do not offer local delivery at this time, however I do offer shop pickup from my studio located in Huntsville, Texas.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout,  I will personally reach out to you via email when your order is ready for pickup along with pickup instruction. 

Local Delivery
I do not offer local local delivery at this time, but arrangements can be made for shop pickup from my location in Huntsville, Texas.
